Thank you for a pleasant stay, especially to the kitchen and restaurant staff for their willingness to advise, help with the selection of gluten-free dishes that were available, or to prepare a dish in a gluten-free version as part of the evening menu, during our stay pancakes were also prepared for breakfast in front of the guest, which they willingly prepared for me in a gluten-free version. I recommend the hotel for families with children, they have a rich animation program, wellness for children and especially for adults. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. We chose the hotel mainly because of the information that it is suitable for celiacs, as stated on the website. Upon arrival, we were told that gluten-free food should not be a problem. As we had half-board, breakfast was not a problem, there was a possibility to choose gluten-free food from the buffet. Dinners, however, were chosen from 3 meals, which were not suitable for celiacs. After consultation with the staff, we always found an alternative. Despite the fact that they tell the customer that up to 90% of the food is made from gluten-free ingredients, the reality was different. The other services were otherwise fine, it's a shame that the hotel is located right next to the main road.
