In itself, it's a great idea that there is a gluten-free option. However, the very young staff are untrained and unfamiliar with contamination, which is important for people with celiac disease. So they couldn't tell me if the gluten-free brownie was completely gluten-free or if it came into contact with products containing gluten when I ordered one. Since the operator himself advertised his store on a celiac disease platform in the past, I cannot understand this.
