I come here at least once a week, know all the staff by name, and feel like we're actual friends at this point. Michael (the owner) is wonderful. Ashlynn and Kimberly are amazing. Everyone who works there is super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am slowly making my way through the entire menu, because I'm thoroughly addicted to the loaded teas in particular. If it has sour blue, I'm drinking it. I get my husband a shake here every time I go, and he has a "usual" at this point. He has Celiac Disease and needs gluten-free with no cross contact or anything, and they're always willing to clean the blenders and do whatever needs to be done. When I go, my best friend is usually with me, and she is allergic to soy and nuts (including coconut), among other things. At this point they remember her allergies, and when she comes in and asks if she can have a certain menu item, they're able to tell her easily. At first she apologized for being difficult, but they truly don't seem to mind, and are always super sweet about it all. We love it here, and I hope they're open for a million years and my schedule always permits me to visit every week! Get the Hocus Pocus, Watermelon Jolly Rancher, Sour Patch, Friday The 13th, or virtually anything else. I have never had anything I didn't like!

We had a great experience at West Broad Nutrition. I have celiac disease and the owner Michael went above and beyond to ensure that my menu items were gluten free and that the equipment was thoroughly cleaned to prevent cross contamination. We will definitely be back!
