Westport Winery Garden Resort

I’ve been here several times in the past and was never unhappy, I brought 7 of my friends in yesterday and was embarrassed . I was embarrassed because my friends couldn’t believe how horrible the experience was ,, reservations at 2:30 , immediately taken to our table, ordered immediately , now we wait over an hour for food. The sorry it’s taking so long rolls wasn’t helping., one of my friends ordered something gluten free when it arrived the server called it out as soy patty . She has an allergy to gluten and soy, and requested it be removed and she would only keep the potato salad, another server came out with it again and called out something different but now it’s not trusted and offered to make something new . Keep in mind owners it wasn’t super busy at this time . The cook comes strolling out in her stained up white gap hoodies looking unprofessional stating what was on the plate . Again it was turned away because her health was more important. So they brought her more potato salad. I came in with a very thick wallet yesterday looking forward to stocking the bar with some amazing spirits and quickly decided to just leave.

Westport Winery was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and very gourmet. The corn biscuits were gluten free and the pumpkin spice creme brulee was as well, meeting our dietary requirements. The wines tasty and the server was knowledgeable and friendly. The initial service we had was great from Holly and the wine tasting from Nancy. Excellent service, food and drink highly recommend going here! We had a great 1year Anniversary!
