We had dinner at What the Health! I have celiac disease and had no issues at all — their gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu, which made ordering super easy and stress-free. I had the yellow curry and the zucchini pad Thai. The curry was very good. The pad Thai was good too, though a bit too sweet for our taste. All curry dishes are gluten-free by default, and many of the noodle, fried rice, and stir-fried dishes can be made gluten-free and vegan upon request (as noted on the menu). Just let your server know — the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer gluten-free desserts like mango sticky rice, which is such a treat! Would definitely come back again — great flavors, safe gluten-free options, and a chill atmosphere.

LOVED: My salmon curry was delicious. The portion was perfect for one. It was slightly sweet - but not too sweet, slightly spicy (I asked for mild, but had enough to give it a little flavor. The salmon could have been a little more melt in your mouth. But it was very good. The presentation was pleasing to the eye. The fresh tofu rolls were very good - light and served with a delicious peanut sauce. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I Loved that they labeled the gluten-free dishes clearly. LIKED: The atmosphere was fresh, crisp, and clean. I like it. It has an indoor/outdoor feel. I was a little cold, otherwise it was perfect. MEH: The pumpkin ball desert was unimpressive. The coconut sauce was tasty - in a very sweet way - but the "pumpkin" balls didn't really have a flavor.
