We crossed Canada in Westfalia in the summer of 2024 and we took the opportunity to discover the country's microphones. I'm celiac so I have to say that usually while my husband enjoyed the local beers I had to settle for a cider or a gin and tonic! I was SO excited to get to the Whistler Brewing Company knowing that they have 2 gluten-free beer options! Indescribable moment of my trip to have an (ok... 2!!!) EXCELLENT gluten-free beers on the terrace! My husband loved his “flight” too! The relaxed atmosphere as well as the exceptional (and French-speaking!!!) service are also worthy of mention!

My partner and I stumbled upon this place for a brew tour and flight. We had apparently booked it unknowingly, but after confirming, we decided to give it a try. The phone call with Hughes convinced us to go, and we ended up going three days in a row. The beer was fantastic and the pretzel buns with special mustard were amazing. Hughes was entertaining and made our experience enjoyable. It's now a must-do every time we visit Whistler. Just avoid making snowballs! Thanks, Hughes, for the great memories. This was a highlight of our weekend. Cheers!
