Acacia was an amazing waitress! Best service I’ve had. They were also super friendly about our parties gluten restrictions. Also super kind with our kids, even though we all know how messy they can be.

Came in for breakfast on a big pow day which kept the number of customers down which was nice. Staff were only too happy to cater for non gluten eater well as a picky eating child. Food was hot and tasty and the drinks were warm and comforting. Would recommend.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS & the friendliest staff!! Ed was our waiter at the bar and so kind. We had a wonderful girls night dinner sitting at the bar - ordered the mussels as an appetizer & the salmon risotto. The risotto was gluten free (made with rice) and one of the tastiest risottos I’ve ever had! Sauvignon blanc was on point from Okinagan valley. Will return the next time we are in Whistler!!
Wonderful dining experience! They effortlessly accommodated my dairy and gluten restrictions and even sent out a surprise dessert plate as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary! Definitely will return next time we are in Whistler.
Great service, great ambiance. Make a reservation by phone early to get a table. The lounge takes walk ins but fills on busy nights. It's busy but still really good. For those not from the area, The Keg is a well-known mid-higher-end steakhouse chain with consistently good food and locations.
Braxton is the most attentive server me and my friends have ever had, while somehow not seeming stressed or worried.
They accommodated our requests for keeping gluten separate on so many things and a manager came out to make sure it was all planned and done okay. Thanks so much for a great night out with great food!
The french onion soup never disappoints for the rich umami. Can also recommend the mushrooms neptune. Check out the dessert menu too. I always ask for it at the same time as the regular menu so I can plan my meals out. Next time I will get less savoury and leave room for a Billy Miner Pie of ice cream cake style (from memory). Cola was refillable, which I appreciate.
We had gluten free pizzas (gf pizza), it was a flatbread. Genuinely one of the worst pizzas we have had in a long time, to the point it was barely edible. The toppings had zero flavour, the base was awful, and very little pizza sauce. We even tried to drown out the lack of flavour with the dips but these were extremely watery and didn’t really taste of much. We were excited by the reviews but left disappointed with a large hole in our pocket. The service / staff were lovely, vibe was nice - just not good food.

We crossed Canada in Westfalia in the summer of 2024 and we took the opportunity to discover the country's microphones. I'm celiac so I have to say that usually while my husband enjoyed the local beers I had to settle for a cider or a gin and tonic! I was SO excited to get to the Whistler Brewing Company knowing that they have 2 gluten-free beer options! Indescribable moment of my trip to have an (ok... 2!!!) EXCELLENT gluten-free beers on the terrace! My husband loved his “flight” too! The relaxed atmosphere as well as the exceptional (and French-speaking!!!) service are also worthy of mention!
Beautiful antique ambiance and delicious food - specially the spaghetti and tiramisu.
They also have vegetarian and gluten free options.
Would definitely recommend.
A must visit restaurant in Whistler Village
Excellent servers, so helpful and friendly! Our daughter has Celiac and enjoyed the steak and chicken fajitas - they were very accommodating of her allergy and said that almost all of their menu can be gluten free! Everything was delicious!
Gluten free burger buns as an option, most sauces are gluten free, no dedicated fryer but chips themselves are gluten free. Friendly staff and yummy food
Best dinner we had in Whistler! Try the wagu beef sushi, delicious! Our daughter with Celiac had several options to choose from that were gluten free. Everything we tried was great, the atmosphere was perfect and the servers friendly.
Great gluten free crust for you pizza. Thank you for also having a gluten free cone for the ice cream! Very delicious pizza and super friendly service!
If you are looking for a bar to have a sweet breakfast and you are celiac, here they have the banana muffin and the brownie. Excellent cappuccino. They have sandwiches and wraps but no gluten free options. Fast service. Very friendly staff, the girls really bring joy. There are outside tables and a few inside tables.
They have the best accommodations for gluten free food. Amazing gluten free bread and made sure I was safe eating. I have found my new favorite restaurant

Allie was an amazing help with my daughter’s celiac. She was lovely and a great waitress! Atmosphere is amazing. Fireplace in the middle of our table and we are surrounded by the beautiful mountains.
Super friendly servers and excellent food! Our daughter is Celiac and they had great gluten free options. She had the brisket nachos which were delicious! They all were very helpful and accommodating of her allergy. Highly recommend! We also enjoyed the chicken sandwiches and Caesar wrap.
The food was fine, atmosphere and setting was fine. However, 20 minutes ago I saw a chef being incredibly rude to a customer, rolling his eyes and sighing because the customer asked for gluten free bread and it would take him extra time to defrost the bread. He also refused to remove the scone from his order, as that has gluten and he wouldn’t be able to eat that. I understand having a bad day at work, but this man was older and very polite. No reason for that kind of behaviour.
Just had our dinner there and it was really nice. The staff was welcoming and attentive and the food was good. I really appreciated the different choice of salad and you can pick a “side” to go with it which makes it more personalised to your taste. I like the ambiance, the tables in slab of wood and relaxed-modern atmosphere. Might be abit loud if its busy tho.
Oh and there is clear indication for gluten free plates and lot of choice 👌

Great ambiance and live music. I had the greenest curry I've ever eaten. Portions are on the smaller side on certain dishes but not as bad as you'd expect for a Fairmont property.
Our server was woefully ill-trained on the menu. I had to teach them the difference between gluten free and vegan. They then suggested "any salad or the grilled cheese" even though not one salad is close to vegan and I obviously don't eat cheese. When asked what the shrimp pasta sauce was like they told my husband, "Isn't it in the menu?" Had to ask for water three times...no tip value on water so it wasn't priority I guess.
Fantastic experience doing the Fall Dining Special. Our server, Robert, went above and beyond to make sure we had a flawless meal. They cater to most dietary restrictions/allergies, some of the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. All courses were delicious and presented beautifully. We only wished the main courses matched the flavour and execution of all the other courses, though they were not far behind. We would come back for another weekday/shoulder season special!
This was our first visit, and I'm happy to see some newer restaurants in Whistler widening the choice. Really liked the feel of the place walking in, contemporary enough and still cosy. The menu had decent choices for the most part and they were able to accommodate changes for Gluten and dairy reasonably well. No accommodation possible for desert asside from Sorbet. The food was good but missed the mark when considering the price point. Wine selection was in line with high end dining. Overall we had a good time despite some hiccups with the service. Would visit again but probably not until we have explored other recent additions to Whistler's list of restaurants.
The staff were extremely friendly, especially Daniel, who was helpful in explaining what was gluten free. The food was delicious. Being gluten free I was able to have a pasta dish and they adapted the choice so I could also have gluten free garlic bead. My other half loves a margherita pizza and it did not disappoint here. Highly recommend. Great spot for people watching too.
Been here a handful of times and have always had a great experience. Amazing food, 10/10 service and lots of celiac friendly options. Highly recommend.
Perfect spot at the bottom of Blackcomb for a drink and meal. We had lunch and would highly recommend it! Everything was delicious and the servers were so friendly. Our daughter with Celiac had several gluten free options and loved her meal. The spicy ramen bowl and burger were our favorites!
Very good New York style gluten-free pizza. Well-cooked on top, but the crust was soft enough to fold. The sauce to topping ratio was great, I just wish that the ham stood out a little bit more. It kind of got lost amongst the rest of the pizza. Maybe that’s my fault for ordering a Hawaiian pizza though. Staff was extremely friendly, and it was just a great vibe overall!
Great tasting food with awesome portions! They also offer gluten free toast, which my celiac friend was very happy about :)
Staff are also amazing and extremely nice! 100% recommend
Got the gluten free breakfast sandwich and it was amazing. Also got a latte and tasted great as well. Finding a table here can be tough but my group got extremely lucky!
I dined at Braidwood three times on my trip to Whistler. The breakfast is excellent, and the serving sizes are generous. However, the prices are steep. If you don’t have breakfast included with your room, it might be worth it to look elsewhere in the area. The omelet was fantastic, and with the side of bacon, I received 11 slices. A bit excessive, but I’ll take it. For dinner I got the seared salmon. The skin was nice and crispy, but not much flavor all the way around. The texture of the rice was also strange. They didn’t have any gluten-free desserts, but they were able to get the menu from the neighboring fine dining restaurant Sidecut for me. The 20-layer cake was disappointing though. You can’t cut a cake into 20 slices and call it a 20-layer cake. Service was excellent throughout my visits!
Food was tasty! Server Jak was switched on. They have gluten free options, and as a celiac I had no reaction next day. Great experience. Would go again.
We’ve been coming here for years because they have an amazing gluten free selection. The Thai chicken and the lamb are among the best dishes in Whistler. This is a cool cocktail bar that happens to have incredible food.
