We were seated close to our reservation time, but still waited 15–20 minutes just to get water and drinks, then about 35 minutes for our appetizer, and over an hour for our entrees. Most of the gluten-free items were unavailable — they were out of the gluten-free ravioli, spaghetti, and fettuccine noodles, as well as two other dishes we asked for. While the lead server did apologize and offered us 25% off and a free dessert, the discount was not applied when the check arrived. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, with long waits and very limited gluten-free options.

We were all so excited to give this place a try. We had seen an Instagram reel touting how amazing this place was and I hate to say but it wasn’t it. While the manager really tried hard to make up for the experience, it was too late. We waited 1.5 hours for our food, our waiter was awful and extremely rude to us, and the food was not great. On one dish the pasta wasn’t even fully cooked and the Alfredo wasn’t anything write home about. They had a great amount of gluten free options(although I don’t think they handle cross contamination great as I felt sick) but overall we will not be back. Horrible first impression. I hope they can turn it around. Best of luck!

I really wanted to like this place because it has so many gluten free options. We went last night and I ordered ravioli, as they brought out the food for our entire table after waiting about 20 minutes, I was told that they were out of ravioli and to pick something else, so as my table ate their meals I sat and waited for them to bring me the pesto that I had ordered. After a while my husband got up and asked if they were still working on my plate or what was going on because it has been a long time. He was told that they were still working on it, after about 30 min of waiting the waiter brings me a plate of lasagna and says we were also out of the pesto so here's some lasagna. I didn't want lasagna, I know how to make that at home. I wanted something I don't make at home and the lasagna was gross. I ended up eating the left over Mac and cheese my toddler didn't finish. I left crying because I was so frustrated with the service and them not telling me sooner they were out of both dishes I asked for and that they didn't even let me pick a 3rd dish. I'm not sure if I'll go back and waste my money again. At least everyone else in our party enjoyed their food.
