Visiting from Northern Virginia, I was incredibly impressed by the dining experience in New York City. The food was outstanding, and I was especially thrilled to find a dedicated gluten-free restaurant. It’s rare to dine out without having to explain dietary restrictions or worry about cross-contamination, but here, everything was handled with care and confidence. The lobster ravioli was absolutely delicious, and my daughter’s chicken Parmesan with freshly made gluten-free spaghetti was equally exceptional. Our server, Kathy, was wonderful, attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
