Wild Thyme Cafe at Trees Ranch

Amazing location with scenic views, amazing food and drinks. On a whim, we stopped here after hiking Zion. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains. We ordered various flavors of margaritas - all were amazing. My husband ordered the pork chop and it was one of the best I've ever had. Thick and flavorful. I'm gluten free and had the salmon with coconut rice. Delicious! My son and daughter in law had the wild thyme pasta with chicken and shrimp. We had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone who will be in the Zion area.

So yummy!! The drinks were amazing and the food was delicious! We had to go back a second time it was so good! They have a good variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options available!

As a gluten free and dairy free person, married to someone who can eat everything, I can vouch that this place has it all. Great cocktails and mocktails, delicious food for a wide range of dietary needs, and excellent friendly service. We had their ribs, pork chop, Jamaican roasted pork, and burgers. We came twice during our vacation! Both times were very, very good. The desserts are also amazing. They have a GF/DF apple crisp!!! The death by chocolate cake and key lime pie are also delicious.
