If you let them know your gluten free they make extra care to not cross contaminate and they also will let you know you can pretty much modify majority of the menu to fit gluten free!

Fantastic evening out at Wildflower! Top notch service ... welcomed by the manager after emailing about both gluten friendly and vegan food options in advance of our visit. The cocktails and food were excellent. Service superb.
