Wing Shack Longmont

This place is amazing! I have celiac and they are very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination, it's one of the few places I can truly feel safe ordering from. On super bowl Sunday when they were super busy they remade my order when it wasn't clear if the wings had been cooked in the dedicated fryer or not as the fries had been salted (the salt is not gf). Chris was amazing and made sure I had safe food to eat that day and I really appreciate Chis and the whole team. Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. The wings were done perfectly. My wife has a gluten allergy and rarely can eat wings out. She was so excited. They were very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. And extremely helpful, the person who helped us, His name was Shane, his personality was amazing. Keep him around and you won't know what to do with all the customers. Highly recommended.
