Everyone who worked today (2/7/24) from like 3:55-4:10 was literally an angel and should get a raise. I love wooden robot but their team today took customer service to a whole new level. I want to kiss every one of them on the forehead. They could not have been nicer to me and my dog. Wooden Robot knows how to grow well. Been coming here since 2019 when they were just a brewery. Their coffee shop is excellent and their food is a really well-planned menu that makes a strong addition to their offerings. I love that they have gf options since their beer is technically gf (less than 15 ppm- celiac delight!). This place just does a good job at everything. Yeah they get crowded, but it’s for a reason.
