Called and inquired about their protocol for gluten free pizzas and Mike at the Stockdale and California restaurant said ALL of the right things! He said they use fresh ingredients from a different container, they use different pans, foil, clean hands and new gloves, use a different pizza cutter and take many more precautions. He was super nice and communicative! We appreciated it so much and the gluten free cheese pizza was terrific! We also tried the regular crust veggie and loved that too! Give them a try- especially if you have celiac disease! It was ready within 18 min of ordering too!
