Have marked this as a Favorite on Google Maps (privately). They offered a separate gluten free menu. I had the salmon, mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a side of brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portion sizes were normal. I finished everything and didn’t feel like I was going to explode. The salmon was lightly seasoned and tender, the coleslaw had apple slivers that complemented the slaw and the brussel sprouts were well sauced and browned with caramelized onions; without being too sweet. I usually complain about dishes being over salted, over spiced, overly sweet or some other rookie type chef choice, but this chef had it down. Everything was flavorful and you could taste the major ingredient of the dish. Thank you chef. The bartender was friendly, professional, sympathetic and well informed on the kitchen’s processes to help me pick the best food options. Didn’t take photos.
