Diners’ reviews

Hardly a good review for a celiac person. You can essentially have very expensive salted meat and rice. Nice restaurant but should not be recommended for a gluten free traveller.

Absolutely brilliant experience. The food was lovely and we had a quiet meal since we arrived early. However what truly stands out is the customer service. Our daughter is coeliac, so we explained this (via a laminated card which explains this in Japanese) and we were advised as to what we could order (basically all meats with salt as opposed to sauce). We also ordered a katsu curry and when it was brought over they ensured we understood it contained wheat. Finally our server Yamamoto San helped us book a restaurant for dinner. He phoned the restaurant for us and made the reservation. He definitely went above and beyond to be of help and we are eternally grateful!
