I am rarely disappointed by restaurants because I carefully read reviews before going someplace, and I check out the menu in advance because I have some dietary intolerances. My husband had eaten at Yard House before and said it was good, so after checking out the menu online, we stopped there for lunch. Our server was nice and promptly got our drinks, then took our order. I ordered a burger off the gluten-free menu and my husband ordered a burger off the regular menu. Then we sat there for around 40-45 minutes, waiting. We finally flagged down our server and he left to check on our order. After another 8-10 minutes, my husband got up to go find him and ask him to box up our food because we were out of time to eat it there. We left the restaurant, put the food in a fridge, and ate it a couple of hours later. When we sat down to eat, it turns out, the burger I ordered was on the regular bun and my husband's was on the gluten-free bun, but some of his toppings were on my burger and vice versa. In addition, the burgers were terrible. The restaurant was mostly empty and our server didn't seem to be that busy, so I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'll never choose to eat there again and I can't recommend it to anyone. I'm really disappointed because the gluten-free menu options looked great.
