Our poke maker, Vanessa, was very nice and took extra care to make sure there was no cross contamination with one of the burritos that had a gluten allergy. They even remade an entire burrito because they accidentally put an ingredient with gluten on it (before they knew about the allergy). Vanessa took extra caution to make sure the food was safe to eat.
