Ziggi's Coffee

Our latest experience at Ziggi’s was disheartening and has almost likely lost our business. We have been frequent, loyal customers who stop in every time we’re in town and have spent a lot of money here, especially on the gluten free breakfast sandwiches. I ordered and paid for three drinks at the walk up window (with two sleeping babies in the car, I didn’t want to risk waking them in the drive-through). Despite a minimal wait ahead of me, I waited nearly 20 minutes—Google Maps shows I was there from 2:31 to 2:50. After I ordered, I watched two drive-through cars place larger, more complex orders, pay, and receive their drinks well before mine (and thats with 2 baristas!). It was clear my order was not a priority, and because of this delay, I ended up being late to an appointment. On top of that, the latte my husband received was so watery and bland that he had to go back and ask for it to be remade. Even the replacement was so diluted that he ended up throwing it away after just a few sips. This was an extremely poor experience from start to finish. For a business we’ve supported consistently and recommended to others (friends and family that are local) , it was very disappointing.

So thankful for them having Gluten-Free options! They are my go to when I am running errands and need a snack. Their chai (esp egg nog chai) is the best of all the drive-thrus in town. Service is always great and I don't think I have ever left without a smile! :)
