Big fan of the kitfo appetizer at most Ethiopian restaurants. This one was exceptionally tasty with bits of buttered colored greens and cheese in them rolled into little bit sized wraps. I got my food to-go and the team threw in extra mitmita (spices) at no extra charge. The presentation of the food was pretty, even for take-out. I plan on returning often. Only downside was the wait, but that is to be expected for Ethiopian food that is cooked from scratch. The injera bread here seems to be gluten-free as well, I didn’t ask, but I eat 100% gluten free everywhere I go, and I had zero issues.
