Jacqueline approached me and took my order soon after I took a seat. She was not bothered by my gluten allergy and offered an accommodation. She brought me my guest check within a very reasonable time. She helped get my morning off to a great start.

Celiac tested and approved. It is Americanized Mexican food, that being said, they were able to accommodate a full gluten-free dinner for me. I asked my waiter (Charles) and told him it needed to be gluten free for a super severe allergy and he told me a few options and told me he would double-check with the chef. The chef actually came over to talk to me about the prep and procedures and also knew what celiacs was - that knowledge is vital in a chef to make sure a dish will not get me sick. I got the carnitas burrito in a bowl instead of tortilla and it was good.
