I discovered this incredible bakery with a wide variety of gluten-free cookies. There was so much to choose from that Mercedes very kindly recommended the cinnamon roll cookie, and it was the best I tried in Valencia—spectacular! I want to highlight her service, as she was very kind and patient.
The place was very clean and tidy.
I highly recommend it.

Super safe for celiac. My husband walked in eating regular empanada and they asked him to step out since it had gluten. Tasty cookies, brownies and focaccia. Not the best I’ve ever had, but very good! Wish they had pastries.
