Omg – how is it even possible for gluten-free and vegan food to taste this amazing?! My friend and I both have a range of food intolerances, and finding a place like Cibum Bon Bon felt like striking gold. Everything was absolutely delicious, and for once, we could fully enjoy a meal without stressing about allergies or cross-contamination. The care and attention they put into their food really shows. Simple restaurant with quality traditional cuisine made with a lot of love and good craftsmanship. We had several snack dishes for dinner and the fried fish stood out (spectacular). Oscar, the owner, told us with great pride that he was already the third generation of hotelier in his family and the tradition is evident. Plus, everything was gluten-free, which for me, who is celiac, was an added luxury to this good cuisine. We hope to return another time and continue exploring more dishes. We went for dinner on Saturday, two people, both of us celiac, and we really enjoyed it. The menu on the website already states that gluten-free is not a problem, and that's exactly what it was. They prepared two gluten-free pasta dishes that were delicious (it seemed like a small amount, but it was a deep dish that ended up filling us up). Thanks to a bakery/pastry shop like this, I was able to order my son's Communion cake, which, by the way, was spectacular. Kudos to the baker, because she also let me choose ingredients to personalize it. And also, thanks to the fact that they make everything, I was able to eat a donut, which I hadn't had in years. We were there at the end of October 2024. The lady who served us was very rude. We ordered two loaves of bread and he threw it rudely on the counter. He gave us an ensaimada that was very hard. When we told him that it wasn't the day, he responded rudely, “Here all the products are gluten-free, and that's why it is like that.” I told him that we are used to gluten-free products, that we are celiac and I had never seen an ensaimada so hard.
