Very bad experience. Rude staff.
I'll start by saying that as a celiac sufferer I have always appreciated this place in terms of the offer and quality of the product offered.
The problem arose when I booked for a Saturday evening for 4 people. I called the number here on Google (therefore available to anyone) asking if a table for 4 was possible, the times I was offered were 8.15pm or alternatively 8.45pm. I then confirmed for 8.15pm. When we showed up exactly 10 minutes late (the time for which any seat reserves the table) we were told that we had not made any reservations. We were asked if the booking had been made by phone or via form and when we pointed out that we had booked via call, we were told that bookings only take place via form. I would say that it is a contradiction because if I am asked the method through which I booked it means that there is more than one and if this were not the case, you will not confirm the reservation by telephone but will send me back to the form as it is the only official way to reserve a table for me. Needless to say, the staff made no effort to remedy the situation and dismissed us. Obviously, I, who called to book, actually had the doubt that I had made a mistake but by rechecking the call log it was enough to copy and collate the number I called on Google and the corresponding venue was obviously this one.
The climax, however, was reached when, following a negative review written by a friend of mine who was present that day regarding the situation, the place terribly sinned by presumption by blaming us for what happened, also claiming among many laughing faces that we had probably called a place with the same name but in another city. Great cheek. Stellar rudeness. Learn to treat customers because you can have the best place at the moment but if you are very rude people won't come back, and that's good.
