inner you café

My wife and I prefer to eat gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan food and we travel internationally frequently. It is very difficult to find restaurants that meet both criteria while delivering creative and delicious food. Inner You cafe was exceptional. We had the beet root falafel wrap and pesto quinoa bowl with homemade cashew mozzarella cheese--both were great! We enjoyed our meal so much that we had dessert--raw lemon cheesecake and the chocolate tart--wow! It is obvious that the chef creates these foods with care--being mindful of presenting nutritional food that also looks beautiful.

There is really delicious food with a nice atmosphere. Dogs are always welcome and are treated in a friendly and courteous manner. A recommendation for everyone who is here on the island! You sit comfortably and can absolutely enjoy the delicious cakes and dishes! I have never eaten vegan and gluten-free food as deliciously as I did here! Keep it up!!!!

I travel a lot, and try a lot of different vegan restaurants. This is, by far, one of the best I've eaten at. The flatbreads were brilliant (doubly so considering they're gluten free!) and the sweet bites are amazing. I can't recommend this place enough, a must-visit for vegans in tenerife.
