Everything here is vegan! And a lot of it is gluten free too. They have wonderful smoothies, desserts, salads and soups. Everything I get is always filling and so tasty!

I’ve been here twice now and I can truly say this is one of the hidden gems in Sherwood Park. I was actually just going back for a drink ..the cookies and cream protein shake👍👍 but my good friend insisted that I try their food and I just had a bacon avocado and lettuce tomato sandwich and by far was truly the best delicious sandwich I’ve had in town here. Reminds of my moms back home. It’s run by a very nice young lady who’s friendly and provides very good service .Most of their menu is gluten and dairy free… and very fresh ingredients. I will definitely be frequenting this place more often .Keep up the good work !!😊.
