Whether you're a vegan or just want to eat healthier, Mezeh is the place to go. My father and I took a day trip from the Raleigh area. We're both vegans and I have gluten sensitivity issues. Aside from their complimentary pita bread, navigating their buffet style options are easy. Food was delicious. Their fruit drinks are very delicious, but if you're trying to be mindful of your health, try not to get seconds. Natural sugars are good for you, however, too much of anything can turn into a bad thing and one cup of this stuff is sweeeet! It would be nice if they noted what foods are organic, normal (with pesticides), and GMO(the worst of em all).
