After my last visit, I also consider it suitable for those with celiac disease, despite the buffet principle. The dishes are clearly marked as gluten-free. I don't know whether it was a happy coincidence or deliberate, I had the impression that the gluten-free dishes were in the "back row" or in a separate row. This reduces the risk of contamination enormously because no gluten-containing foods are loaded onto the gluten-free foods. Each container is also equipped with its own cutlery. The only downside is that there is currently no gluten-free cake option. If there were, it would have been 5 stars.

I like the lush green so much. Just eat deliciously. 5 stars, even if two things are a shame: - Why aren't you in Bavaria? - A cake without wheat flour (gluten-free or with spelled flour) would be great 🤗 Always my pleasure.
