The glutenfree patisserie is just amazing. They have so much glutenfree bakes as cakes, breads, buns and so mich more. The coffee is good as well. Highly recommended!

The service was fast and friendly. The food wasn't bad, but the pasta was too oily and the fish overcooked for our taste. The side vegetables were excellent!
The menu is varied and interesting, and dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten-free options, are catered for.
Very good self-service burgers. In summer, there are few options for cooling off other than the excellent, supposedly homemade ice tea. My colleagues with intolerances were happy about the gluten-free option.
Lovely little cafe with the nice feature that everything is served completely gluten-free. First there was a burger (1x chicken and 1x normal beef) with potato wedges and homemade mayo. We also had the chickpea curry with sweet potatoes. Afterwards we each took a piece of different cake to take home with us.
My wife has never eaten crumb cake anywhere else and was absolutely thrilled. The chocolate and nut cake were also great.
The next day we tried the homemade waffles. Great taste here too, as a non-Zölli person I tasted almost no difference in the waffles and cakes compared to dishes that contain gluten.
The service was great on both days.
Definitely a recommendation if you are in Düsseldorf.
My gluten-free mecca! Whenever I'm nearby, there's no way around the Backbrüder (bakery brothers). Great croissants, chocolate-flavored pastries, and heavenly cakes. My favorite: the raspberry-lemon cloud (see forum). Unfortunately, the café had to make way for a bakery for classes. A bit of a shame—hence only 3 stars for the ambiance.
Fantastic spot with gluten free and veggie/vegan options. I haven’t had a veggie burger since living in Europe because they usually contain wheat, so I was very excited to eat one here. I ended up eating here every day I was in Köln because it was a safe and delicious option.

The gluten-free pizza is delicious.
However, we recommend calling ahead to check whether gluten-free dough is available or requesting it when making your reservation.
I was ill for a long time and had no idea I was gluten and lactose intolerant.
When the doctor told me I would have to avoid these products for life, I was devastated.
I felt sad, restricted, and somehow excluded.
But then I discovered your café – and suddenly, joy returned!
I can finally enjoy myself without fear or deprivation.
Thank you for creating such a special place.
I wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart, and that many more people may find this happiness with you 💜
Separate baking area for gluten-free stuff so that there’s no cross-contamination. EVERYTHING in the cake display was gluten-free and well labelled with allergens. Cake absolutely delicious and staff knowledgable about coeliac and about how strict you’ve got to be with cross-contamination. I almost burst into tears honestly: lovely lovely spacious place with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. Brownies, cheese cake, tiramisu, cupcakes, strawberry cream cake… I had lemon cake with chocolate biscuity base (DID I MENTION GLUTEN-FREE?!) and it was fabulous.
Healthy fast food – and it really is! The gluten-free rice flour crepes are amazing: their own dough, their own sauces, everything thought through down to the last detail. None of the usual "healthy" talk, but a genuine taste experience with a concept. And the team? Super friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do. Highly recommended!
P.S. Can we please document how awesome these things look? The first food spot where the pictures on the menu match reality.
A super nice café. I always enjoy coming here. Since I have to follow a gluten-free diet, I really appreciate the wide selection of cakes and breakfast options.
Very delicious vegan food! You can indulge in vegan indulgence here, and the dishes on offer are different from standard pizzas, etc. They offer a variety of toppings.
Also suitable for people with gluten allergies! The staff was immediately aware of my companion's celiac disease and asked what she could eat and how the dishes were prepared, and they were able to provide helpful advice.

The best gluten-free pizza, and for the first time, I enjoy eating carpaccio, it's especially good, just like in Italy.
From now on, I'll only come here.
The most important thing is that they place a lot of emphasis on gluten-free food.
We usually always make reservations, but spontaneous visits are usually no problem, depending on the time of day and the time of year. It's also possible to order food for pickup via Wolt (I think).
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted very warmly in the entrance area on the canal side and then shown to your table, or to a free table without a reservation. Seating is available both inside and, in the summer, outside on the two-story terrace. If it's a bit cooler, you can ask for a blanket. Ashtrays are also available if needed.
As for drinks, soft drinks, homemade lemonades, standard beers, wine, and cocktails are available. No one will go thirsty here.
The burgers and side dishes are mid-range in price, but you also get a lot for your money. Both the portion size and the quality are second to none. The cheese, for example, comes from the Hafenkäserei in Münster, and the other ingredients are also mostly sourced locally. As for the food on offer: there are all sorts of burgers (gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan if needed), potato fries, sweet potato fries, nuggets, and much more. It's definitely worth taking a look at the menu (it's available online in German and English).
The ambiance is great, and especially in the summer, sitting on the terrace in the evening after a really good meal is incredibly pleasant. When it's busy, the noise level is naturally a bit louder, but still far from that of a construction site or a nightclub. Otherwise, the restaurant is tidy and clean.
The staff are very friendly, seem extremely satisfied with their work, and will go the extra mile. This is reflected in the quality of the food and service.
We've eaten at Hochstapler several times and would definitely come back.
Always happy. You can always find something at the buffet. You can tap fresh table water and there are fresh juices, lassi, but also beer and wine.
The potato gratin is great and now they even serve fries on a regular basis. You can also eat gluten-free and vegan. The ingredients are always high quality.
Cakes, rolls, coffee,... You can always find a reason to go. There are also delicious things to take home in deposit jars. Like soups, sauces,... or pastries to give away. Employees are always friendly.
Be careful of the hot chocolate, it only looks small. :D
Super delicious food and very nice service!
For starters we had tomato soup and bruschetta, both very tasty. For the main course there were 3 different pizzas, one vegetarian and another gluten-free. I would particularly like to emphasize the consistency and taste of the gluten-free dough. It was really, really good and tasted almost like a “normal” pizza.
The service was great. I was informed straight away that the yogurt dressing was not gluten-free and was offered an alternative instead. When the chosen starter was no longer available, a suitable alternative was immediately found.
The atmosphere with the table people who could change the colors was also very pleasant.
We can definitely recommend it!
The food is really really good (as many recommend) for their hand pulled noodle. My gluten free friend even commented that the gluten free version of the noodle didn't even taste gluten free, but just like regular noodle which is amazing.
The place is also cozy but the service is a bit slow (maybe because there's only 1 waiter) and the price is also more premium.
Around 17-19€ per main dish and 5.8€ for drinks like limo.
In addition to the delicious food and excellent service, we felt very comfortable and safe here thanks to the careful handling of allergens. We loved the many gluten-free options and the labels on the menu.
Today we wanted to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday here in a small group. Since my children have to eat a gluten-free diet, this was stated when we reserved the table (specifically: they wanted gluten-free pizzas and so we announced it early on - this offer also exists there in principle, that's the only reason we went there). My mother also left her cell phone number.
When we arrived we were told: we no longer have gluten-free pizza.
My parents came there from outside Düsseldorf. Nobody thought it was necessary to call them after the last gluten-free pizza had been ordered, nobody had put aside the two portions of dough that we had explicitly stated were requested.
Apparently Per Voi (formerly Da Noi Urdenbach) did not note the request for gluten-free pizzas when making the reservation.
It's human to make mistakes, even if there were several here.
The real reason I'm writing this review now is that there was not a word of regret, not an admission of error, not a "sorry!", not a "you're right!". No recognition of what was obviously, unfortunately, unprofessional behavior.
So if you want to go there to eat a “reserved” gluten-free pizza, you can’t necessarily rely on it. And yes, gluten-free pasta was offered as an alternative, but it happens that the guest simply wants to eat what he had already announced and been promised days before.
So we left the restaurant without having accomplished anything. It's a shame, it could have been a nice evening there.
My girlfriend and I love this place! We come here once a month (we are both students living on a budget) and always leave satisfied.
Why? The food is really good, the prices are affordable and fair, the staff is kind, patient and competent. My girlfriend has celiac disease and they have a variety of delicious gluten-free options. For environmentally conscious people: All menu options are 100% vegan.
Recommendations: We really love the Kapsalon and the burgers. The best part: The fries portions are small, but you can always order more. Reducing food waste in such a pragmatic way is a great idea. We also love the different seasonal dishes.
Also: The restaurant employs people with disabilities. They always do a great job and we are very happy to support such an establishment :)
TLDR: Great place, great food, good prices, amazing staff.
Extra stars for the beautiful location and view and for the fact that there is certainly gluten-free food, with the staff really patiently answering all questions. I'm really glad you exist!
Always a good address if you are looking for delicious, vegan and, above all, varied food. After my last visit, I also consider it suitable for those with celiac disease, despite the buffet principle. The dishes are clearly marked as gluten-free. I don't know whether it was a happy coincidence or deliberate, I had the impression that the gluten-free dishes were in the "back row" or in a separate row. This reduces the risk of contamination enormously because no gluten-containing foods are loaded onto the gluten-free foods. Each container is also equipped with its own cutlery.
The only downside is that there is currently no gluten-free cake option. If there were, it would have been 5 stars.
1. The list of allergens on the ordering machines is displayed in such a small size that not a single allergen can be identified without any doubt.
2. If you click on gluten-free on the menu on the website, 90% of the dishes displayed are fried together with dishes containing gluten in the same oil.
Then you can just leave it alone!!
The company has apparently never heard of the requirements for gluten-free food for people with celiac disease...
Beautiful restaurant serving vegan, creative, Asian cuisine with exceptional dishes and some gluten-free options. Atmospheric design of the location with a cozy ambience and great design. Reasonable price-performance ratio. Seating a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay and quite loud when full. We really enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

I was eating here together with my girlfriend and it was simply amazing. We both have a gluten allergy, but that was no problem here. There were a lot of gluten free options and the waiter was extremely friendly and he explained us how they prepared all the glutenfree food. The butter chicken, the chicken masala and the onion balls were super tasty. We can definitely recommend this place.

Sweet Geese
Very tasty pizza at good prices. In summer it is very pleasant to sit outside. Gluten-free pizza is also available here upon request. There are also pizzas Bianca, i.e. without tomato sauce. These are highly recommended and I have rarely found them on menus in Germany. Full recommendation!
I like the fries. They are a little thicker. The sauce selection is great and all cold sauces are gluten-free - generally the allergen labeling is excellent!
An absolute dream!
We have been here several times now and each time has inspired us to come back. Frittenwerk at Cologne main station is simply a safe haven <3
Not only is the food incredibly delicious (where should I start - the wonderfully aromatic handcut fries, the wonderfully spicy falafel in a nest of tomatoes and vegan aioli or the brilliant sweet potato fries with guacamole...?), but also super diverse, completely whether with meat, vegetarian or vegan! There really is something for everyone and the portions are a decent size that will fill you up. An absolutely wonderful price-performance ratio!
But what really impressed me was the consideration given to intolerances. The employees are very knowledgeable and a map with allergens is always at hand, so that even with my intolerance to milk and gluten, I can always find what I'm looking for and get my fill here! Unfortunately, this is really something special these days and just one of many reasons why I always enjoy coming here.
Danger! When it comes to gluten intolerance, the shop is definitely safe, but I am not informed about the situation for celiac disease - the conditions may not be met. It's best to ask the employees - a really cool, relaxed and warm team (especially the one man of honor - you know I mean you! :D) who will definitely help!
You are the hottest. See you soon! <3
I loved my visit to this vegan sushi restaurant! The menu is clear and marks gluten-free options with red dots, making it very easy to choose. The staff is extremely competent, explains possible cross-contamination and deals with allergies very sensitively - I felt completely in good hands.
The food was simply incredibly delicious! The creative variations and fresh ingredients make every dish a taste experience. Even as a person with celiac disease, I was able to enjoy it without worry.
Tip: Since the restaurant is very popular, it is advisable to reserve a table in advance
Really great experience. The staff were lovely and welcoming and as someone who has to eat gluten free we're very helpful as my German is not great.
Would 100% recommend coming here. Oh, and try the pink balsamic vinaigrette! It was delicious!
