You wouldn't think that what is made here is gluten-free, but it is. Absolutely fantastic food! We bought a burger and pizza, some of the best we have ever tasted. A very nice place to buy gluten-free products, ostelforn dems, and the school bread I recommend and taste, the bread you can buy is good and works and freezes and still tastes good after it has been frozen as if you buy it fresh. If you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy, I recommend the little sjape.
