We really loved it!!! The shrimp Po'boy was really good, the 3 egg omelet with avocado mesh was delicious and the Falafel was amazing!!! I wish there was a dine-in option. Finding a 100% Gluten free place is tough. Wheat End Cafe is doing a great job, serving real food and not just pastries. We will come back for sure.

Dedicated Gluten Free kitchen, and the food was delicious! Raspberry mojito was amazing. Alligator dip was so good with amazing baquette toast, hard to beleive it was gluten free, the texture of the baguette was amazing. The gumbo had perfect amount of spice. The chicken wings were the best. The fettucine had such great texture for a gluten free pasta, totally nailed it. Loved chatting with Chesa! The atmosphere, decor, music, waitstaff, food were all wonderful.

The place itself was really clean, and the workers were super polite & nice!! Location is also good because you can buy a bowl and then walk on over to the lake, which is exactly what we did. In terms of food, I think there are better-tasting places and a better bang for your buck. This place is REALLY good for those who are gluten-free and also if you’re vegetarian. The amount of protein you get, especially if you opt for the salmon or crispy chicken, is VERY small. It is not worth the price you are paying. But, if you are vegetarian and care more for all the other toppings, you’ll be satisfied. I think this is a very unique place with its korean-inspired ingredients combined with a make-your-bowl experience. I love that i could get a quick fix of kimchi (although it wasn’t really authentic kimchi). The noodles were good, i would like to try the rice next time. Perhaps it’s also the combo of ingredients that you get that make a difference in taste. I wasn’t able to finish my bowl. Not sure. I would be willing to come back & try again but not for a while. Service was 5/5 though!

4.9 rating is too low somehow. Popovers are my absolute favorite. The only downside is I wish the hours were more convenient. My celiac boss was in town and when I presented her with a bag she was so excited and then her face sunk when I said I couldn’t get eye candy. Luckily gift ugly noodle next door is an top tier consolation prize

As someone with celiac, this was a very good experience. The food and service were excellent and $20 gets you more than enough per person. The flatbreads were gluten free and just as good as the gluten kind. It was also a very clean and quiet environment.

I was diagnosed with celiac about a month ago and I have been super upset about deserts and not being able to have certain things. Walking into the bakery and seeing all the options I could have was absolutely amazing!! Not only were there multiple options but also they taste amazing!! My fiancé who can have gluten has tried gluten free food and doesn’t like it but I had to take my tiramisu away from him because he was going to eat it all! If I could give more stars I would!! Highly recommend!

I had a great friend share these with me so cannot speak to the price but OMG best gluten free “baked” dessert I’ve had. I feel so good after eating it and it’s still sweet. Truly perfect. I think the best flavors are the date one and the banana bread cup. And it’s vegan, yay!

This British bakehouse is phenomenal, personable, and not insanely priced. I'm not even gluten free and I loved it. My friend has celiac disease and is so limited when it comes to wheat eats so we went there as a small group to try it out and have some weekend fun. We each drooled over everything we ordered, (and I have a professional baking background so I'm pretty discerning)... Lemon bars, raspberry cake, other vanilla cake of some kind, sprinkled donuts and lattes. Go get them. Now. You're welcome. When I'm in the area again I will definitely be back for another sugar rush.

RegCakes is an amazing options for someone who is gluten free and has a sweet tooth. Cakes are fresh. Some of the cakes are dairy free. Parking is easy, they do serve coffee as well. So nice to have a bakery that caters to people with allergies!

Finding a place that is completely gluten free and not “gluten free (aka oats, malt, barley, rye…etc)” is so rare. Being celiac and not worrying about having to eat here was wonderful. My friends told me about this place and I’m SO glad I was able to check it out. I’ll be back. My boyfriend isn’t gluten free but really enjoyed his meal too. I got the burrata sandwich and he got the dumplings (I tried a piece (b/c I can never share dishes with him) and it was SO good). Go. Support local businesses that understand food sensitivity issues!!

I've been wanting to try this place for some time and finally made it! I have to eat gluten free not by choice. This is literally the first place I've ever been to where I can eat everything on the menu! Never had this option before this is awesome now I just wish there were more locations this one is 30 minutes away and not in a direction I typically go. I ate here with my 10-year-old and 12 year old. We each got a bowl. The lemon turmeric rice did not disappoint. One of my kids tried the glass noodles they were very good and fun. My kids did not try any of the sauces they thought overall there was a slight spiciness to the dish without adding anything extra. I tried the teriyaki it was good. Oh and don't forget the free miso soup, lovely bonus. The broth is excellent.

We stumbled into Baby Doll Bakery after going to the Wheaton Farmers Market. We had no idea this was a gluten free bakery until after we visited. We loved all of the desserts and decided to have them cater my daughter’s 1st birthday party. They were very easy to work with an accommodating after a last minute party date change. The brownies, and sugar cookies were a hit at the party. All of the kids seamed the cake pops when they were brought out. Will definitely order from here again.

This is me and my hubs favorite place to grab a bite. I've been to and ordered from this location probably a dozen times at this point and the quality and taste are consistently amazing. We eat mostly whole did plant- based and love that we have plenty to choose from, and our family members who eat differently can still enjoy themselves. It's refreshing to have a restaurant that focuses on healthy food and is gluten-free! I would give them 10 stars if I could. 👍🏼👍🏼

I’m really disappointed with my visit today. This store claims to offer gluten-free and, at times, sugar-free options. However, during previous visits, I was told by a friendly staff member that certain items in the display were sugar-free. Today, I asked about the same items, and a different staff member, who was noticeably unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help, told me they were not sugar-free. This inconsistency is very concerning, especially for people who rely on accurate dietary information due to health reasons. It makes me question whether the gluten-free and vegan labels are truly trustworthy. If you have food restrictions, be very cautious. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I no longer feel confident about the transparency or accuracy of this shop's claims.

We have been here 3x just this week. This place is UNREAL. 1st - support your local businesses. These bowls start to finish are fantastic. This is our new take out. The options, freshness, protein are all incredible. The sauces are very, very good ! There are so many options - it's very easy to mix it up and not always eat the same thing. Purple rice to vermicelli noodles are all outstanding as well as the free miso soup. Give this a place a try - it will not be your last ! Service is impeccable. Everyone I dealt with was 10 out of 10 stars. They really go out of their way as well as the nice portion sizes. I had a small minor snafu and they gifted me a free bowl which wasn't even necessary but very thoughtful of them. Skip Chipolte -- go to Bibibop Asian Grille. Overall very healthy, veg options and gluten free. Wished I knew of them sooner !!!!!!! 10 stars. Will be here for the 4th time this week because I am taking my husband there. Not sure how anyone could find one thing negative about Bibibop Grill.

We called both times and they have stayed open for him to stop by. They care about their customers. She also researches her ingredients. Thank you guys so much for doing this. This is my go-to spot when I'm too tired or lazy to make my lunch for work. Yes, it's pricey, but that's typical for quality, fresh food on the go that's good and good for you. I haven't been disappointed with anything on the menu. My fav is the non-tuna chickpea salad open sandwich and the warrior cold-pressed juice. The gluten free granola and twix bar are both addictive. Ditch your other guilty pleasures for a week and TRY THIS PLACE instead and tell them I sent you 😜

I recently visited Pure Juice Café and can confidently say it’s a gem for anyone seeking delicious and healthy options. This fully plant-based and gluten-free café offers truly raw cold-pressed juices and wellness shots that have personally helped me ward off a few colds—no exaggeration! I also love their selection of grab-and-go vegan meals, which make it so easy to enjoy a quick, nourishing bite. And their raw vegan desserts? Absolutely delightful. My favorite is the Tiramisu - it’s a must-try. Whether you're a long-time vegan or just beginning to explore plant-based living, Pure Juice Café is definitely worth a visit! I felt nurtured by their staff and owner Paulina who put her heart and soul in her beautiful Cafe. Well done.

We have gotten food from Chef Beau on a number of occasions including months of his weekly meals. We recently ordered again after a long hiatus for a celiac friend who was in town for four days. She had no issues and we remain extremely pleased with Chef Beau and his staff. Definitely recommend. We are not gluten free ourselves but his food is great regardless. I love the fact that it is all prepared from scratch and the fact that he isn’t adding plastic to the landfills.

This place is AMAZING. The food menu has vegan and gluten free options that rival most high end artisan restaurants in Chicago. Crystal was literally the nicest person we have encountered in food service in the last 5 years. Top notch place with a forward thinking menu and brilliant synergy between their ethos, brand, and food. Everything is aligned in the best possible way. Also one of the only places in chicagoland that has oatly soft serve.

My first experience with this wonderful shop today - - warning, the flavors can be addicting! As I savored the Blue Bowl, I believe, I found myself wondering how to get to Normal and still manage work/travel requirements in Central IL. The bowl was so balanced in flavors and refreshing with fresh, sweet strawberries and acai. Amber is a delight, store manager, and very knowledgeable and engaged in growing her knowledge of nutrition and proper management of food prep necessary in addressing allergy concerns. I have gluten and soy sensitivities and I know I was in the best of hands through Amber's expertise and the menu, as constructed. Everyone in the area should look forward to the store's planned food truck, rolling sometime in March 2025! Thank you, Amber, for my being able to enjoy, such a delight, worry-free.

I had the pleasure of coming and trying a bowl with my family and friends. Who knew that something that tastes SO amazing, could be healthy! Even my extremely picky 9-year old can not WAIT to go back. I can't tolerate gluten so having a healthy option that isn't full of preservatives or sugar to compensate for the lack of gluten is AMAZING! The owner and her staff are amazing and the shop is beautiful. Don't forget to check out the selfie wall! I have a feeling I know where my wallet will be going to!
