Tonight totally redeemed PG's Brewhouse! After a year of my friend and I having consistently inconsistent food and service, we were about to find a new wing Wednesday spot. We felt like holding a chain restaurant accountable for consistency was an achievable expectation that we were just not experiencing as of late. Constantly out of multiple things on tap, wings either being under or over cooked with sucky sauce slip ups on top of an environment so sticky and outlandishly loud at times, we were over it. "One last hurrah" hosting a friend in town tonight and the three of us were all blown away by the noticable upgrades. From the moment we arrived we were met with an authentic smile by a host ready to seat us, and almost immediately were greeted by a server who introduced themselves, shared features and brought beverages. I have been told I can be "picky" or "particular" as a customer (15 years in hospitality does that), and even more so when it's at a place you know well or over a basic or unscrewupable thing/dish like chicken wings. Yet, Canadian kept missing the mark. Good went to mediocre and mediocre went to bad. But not tonight folks! Tonight Nick and Theo and the whole front and back of staff elevated the experience with their genuine high level give-a-crap factor which exceeded all expectations. Nick and Theo explained how they travel around to various locations, hear feedback from guests and do what they can to increase customer satisfaction. They've already opened the patio this season and promise more nice day experiences on the roof. They're open to getting a gluten free beverage option and honest to goodness they were the best wings we've ever had. Not just there, period. Thank you so much for changing the game and delivering the good guys.
