A great spot for good wine and good food in Limerick. I am gluten free and can enjoy pretty much all of the menu. The staff are very attentive particularly the manager, I do not know his name but lovely gentleman, with gluten free request’s, always reassuring that the food is separately cooked. The chef’s bang bang is delicious and the prawns to start are good too, a little more pil pil oil would make them perfect. The wine list is good and I have never had a reaction to the food there, which as a gluten free person is great. A good spot to go with friends in a Relaxed setting and a good spot for takeaway too.

I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago with my sister. We had a starter and main course. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though I'm gluten intolerant I had a choice and the waiter took time to talk through the menu with me. I highly recommend it. I intend to visit it again.

Recently stayed in Castletroy and while staff were so lovely, the hotel itself wasn't great. It does need an upgrade and it is a little run down. Our room was clean but our window didn't open and there was silverfish on the floor of the bathroom. Very poor selection for breakfast, especially for Coeliacs which I myself am. For the price for bed and breakfast for one night, it definitely wasn't worth it. We did leave a little disappointed with our stay. Again, the staff were so lovely but the stay was very overpriced.
