It’s hard to believe that the pasta noodles are gluten-free.
It was delicious, so I visited the manufacturer and was shown the product, and it turned out to be organic gluten-free pasta.
I don't think it was written as organic on the menu, so it may change again, but I felt that they were particular about it, even though it was probably quite expensive compared to similar products.
It's vegan, gluten-free, healthy, and reasonably priced, so it's become my favorite restaurant.
The staff at the hall were very attentive.

people need to know…but not too many people, yknow? wow. such delicious fresh food, got the cold udon sashimi and it was perfectly made. amazingly convenient for english speakers and next to our stay at hakone ginyu. I am gluten free and they were very accomodating. All of the bowls were gluten free without the sauce. I bought my own gluten free soy sauce and it was delightful. I am contemplating getting another one right now.
