We visited your restaurant on Sunday, 27th May, with a reservation for seven (5 adults and 2 kids). We were really looking forward to it, a friend had recommended you, especially for your gluten-free options, which are hard to come by and appreciated.
The atmosphere was great, but we were quite disappointed that all of our food came out about 15 minutes apart. It meant we couldn’t enjoy the meal together as a family. I asked the waiter for a gluten-free pizza recommendation and went with his suggestion. Unfortunately, it came out undercooked and really doughy. I tried to eat it, but it just wasn’t doable.
I mentioned it to the owner, but she didn’t look at the pizza and came across as quite short and annoyed. A replacement was made, which I appreciated, but sadly, that one was way overcooked so hard I couldn’t cut it or chew it.
I wanted to enjoy the experience and support a place that offers gluten-free options, but I left disappointed, still hungry, and nearly €25 down for a pizza I couldn’t eat.
I’m sharing this as feedback in case it helps improve things in the future.
