I always come back because the food is 100% real, and they also have allergen-free options (including dairy, gluten, shellfish, eggs, nuts, etc.) or for specific diets (keto, vegetarian, plant-based). This last option is what keeps me coming back, because it's hard to find a place like this!

Without a doubt, a place with incredible fusion cuisine, gluten-free options, and they adapt most dishes to suit your taste. The staff is friendly and they give you great advice on quantities and dishes to try. It's not expensive at all, and you can try different things. The Ferrero Roche dessert is amazing, as is the avocado cannelloni.

**EDIT: their response to this review proves my point. They shouldn't have taken a booking for that day but they did anyway and didn't bother to apologize for the mistake** 🇬🇧 Avoid! Don't know about the hotel but definitely avoid the restaurant. We booked a table for 4 (we booked it in person, not even over the phone) for a Friday evening. When we turned up, the whole restaurant was full with people everywhere dancing from a private party, loud music (we had to shout to be heard) and no tables available because they were all dirty and hadn't been cleared. We had to go elsewhere which as GF + DF people isn't easy, not to mention it was our last night in Valencia hence making a reservation so we wouldn't have to make last minute plans. If they can't even handle simple reservations at a hotel restaurant, it doesn't leave much hope for anything else. Not to mention the waiter wasn't even apologetic and just washed his hands off the problem saying I had to go look for the manager, to which I said it wasn't my job to waste time looking for the manager. 🇪🇸 Avoid it! I don't know about the hotel, but definitely avoid the restaurant. We reserved a table for 4 (we booked it in person, not even by phone) for a Friday night. I went to dinner with my family today and everything was delicious!! We just moved and we are so happy that we found such a good restaurant. We ordered two pizzas, the pasta Scialatielli Aragonesi, and the lemon mussels for appetizer. If you are looking for a real Italian pizza, this is the perfect place! The pasta is one of our favorite dishes, the quantity is perfect and the toppings even better. My daughter is Gluten Free, and every time we come here she gets the mussels, so don't worry if you are Gluten Free because they have dishes for you too! Last time we also got the Pistachio Semifreddo, and it is so good! Aurora served us and she is a fantastic and nice girl!!! Everyone is very kind, and the owners are very welcoming. I recommend this restaurant 100%!

Every time I have come everything was great, I always try something new, you can tell that the products are of quality and the service is excellent. There are always gluten-free options and they also adapt other dishes so that there are more alternatives. Plus, they have gluten-free bread. My mother is celiac and it is a pleasure to come to places like this. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. I still remember a curried lentil lasagna that was incredible. It's always a pleasure to return 🫶🏼

Amazing traditional vegan paella in a historical restaurant! Yes please. This is a great spot for both gluten free and vegetarian eaters that still want a traditional foodie experience. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the food was great! Such a pretty beach front option. Make a reservation for outdoors if you want to sit on the patio.
