Nice little vegan restaurant. The vegan burgers are delicious and cheap, the portions are very generous, with hand-cut fries. The Hicuri burger comes with a very tasty turmeric burger bun, and gluten-free buns are also available upon request.
Also recommended are the various batidos/smoothies.

A very good restaurant in a beautiful location with a wide variety of food for people with celiac disease. They even serve gluten-free migas (on request). The grilled meat was delicious, and the waiter (I think his name was Ramón) treated us very pleasantly and gave us great recommendations, even though we arrived a little late, around 3:45 p.m., as we were hiking and borrowing some lemons. We have visited this restaurant/chiringuito on several occasions and it has always been good, but this time it was very very good. Ask us about gluten-free options and they even brought us some of the ingredients that could be problematic for us to read and agree.
There is talk of other places to eat espetos, but La Dorada for quality and price I choose these.
The prices are well within what is possible.
If we can we will repeat before the end of the summer.

We had to wait a long time for our food. We arrived at 2:00 PM and they served it at 5:00 PM. Besides, they are not careful with gluten. Otherwise, we would have realized that the waiters had contaminated the gluten-free food. We would have ended up in the hospital.
