I thoroughly enjoyed my recent lunch on a Tuesday at this restaurant with colleagues. The decor is beautiful and there was a great ambience.
All three courses were delicious and I would highly recommend them. I chose soup, fishcake and profiteroles. In all honesty it was too much and I couldn't finish the desert. I would love to return.
The staff were attentive and helped with directing us to the gluten free menu for some guests. There were quite a number of options to choose from. The one disappointment was no option for gluten free bread as a starter/table sharer.
Overall a fantastic experience!

Recent lunch with friends. A gluten free option requested on booking was handled without fuss and service was efficient and unobtrusive.
So, food.
Potato “risotto “ surely used up most of the salt from the Dead Sea. Guys, we don’t need you to salt our food, we can always add to suit our personal tastes.
Pork belly was a little on the dry side but OK, except that the “crispy skin” defeated my attempts to break it, let alone eat. Another in our party ate OK, maybe the sister of James Bond’s “Jaws”.
Rum baba was honestly disappointing. We ordered it to reminisce the 60’s but maybe they were as small and dry as this back then but we forget.
Overall, I think the staff make the place, not the food.
