Having dined previously with Prezzo, I was very disappointed to find that they are no longer Coeliac accredited and could only be “gluten friendly” and no guarantee of there not being any cross contamination. What a backward step in customer service!! As a consequence I did not dine here as I did not feel safe that allergies would be respected. I hope this is not the case in all branches of Prezzo :(

Tonight we had the pleasure of being bamboozled and entertained in equal measure by Magic Amit, a wonderfully engaging table magician. A very unique experience which made our meal tonight feel extra special! Another lovely dining experience at Kayal Nottingham. The lamb dosa was wonderfully tender and flavoursome as always, topped off with a mango lassi. My partner is coeliac and the staff are very attentive with suggestions, and very knowledgeable about the ingredients of every dish on the menu. Consistently one of our favourite restaurants in Nottingham, and has been for many years.

10/10 always recommend this branch. Not only is it safe for me to eat here with Coeliac, but the staff are always truly lovely, with fantastic customer service. I was served by Lucy late last Sunday and she really made my day. The food was perfect too. Makes me imagine the workplace culture is great as the vibe is unlike the rest of the fast food places.

Visited here on Friday for lunch with my sister. We're both vegan and have been wanting to come for ages. To say we were spoilt for choice would be an understatement. Took us ages to decide what to have. We opted for the Doner Party to share and loaded jerk fries. Absolutely delicious and clearly freshly cooked. Portions were very generous, too. Also noticed there were quite a few gluten-free options. Staff were really friendly too. Would 100% recommend any will definitely be returning!

Excellent little shop in Lace Market. I've been here a couple of times and the food and drinks are always fantastic. They also have a very tempting selection of cakes including vegan and gluten-free options lined up next to the window display. Prices are aligned with other independent cafes in the area. The atmosphere is nice and cosy, the shop is very clean and well decorated. The servers and waitresses are warm and helpful. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Seating is limited so it can be full meaning they might not take on any more customers if they are running beyond capacity. Toilet available for customers.

Really love environment, amazing food and the service was top notch. Ben and Danny served us for the evening and couldn’t fault a thing! Really lovely place, with lovely food and even lovelier people 🥰 thank you both!!! We had a large group of people with various dietary requirements, lactose intolerant, gluten free and vegetarian. Really accommodating, really understanding and honestly would come back all the way from London just for the service!

There was an issue with our booking and I really appreciated that the mangement were able to help me resolve it and get our table ready for the time I had tried to book for. Had the best experience here for bottomless brunch. I have a lot of unusual allergies and the staff were the most accommodating of anywhere I've been. Special shout out to the Head chef Carlos for making me something off menu, taking the time to come and speak with me about what I wanted and to check the food was ok (it was delicious!). We absolutely love going here, we enjoy the pho and I can enjoy it gluten free they check everything it's been a safe place for me to eat some starters are also gluten free I've enjoyed the salt and pepper squid and the prawn summer rolls too.

First ever time visiting and everyone was accommodating from start to finish. This was to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday n was 7 of us. We ordered from the apertiser menu, to maximise trying different foods, why waiting n looking round it was impeccable, clean, decor was on point, Foods arrive rather quickly n table filled up... Best ingredients used and cooked to perfection. Nothing was to much troubles for staff if you wanted anything to order they made sure it was as asked for... menu choices were incredible and had gluten free and nut free options and vegan too. So anyone with food prefences are most covered and accommodated. Best time was had by all our party . Staff was attentive checking that we was OK. They even sang happy birthday with us to my daughter... Thank you Mr Man's for making it a memorable visit If I had to say one negative thing I'd say I needed music for ambience of Chinese sounds
