Having dined previously with Prezzo, I was very disappointed to find that they are no longer Coeliac accredited and could only be âgluten friendlyâ and no guarantee of there not being any cross contamination.
What a backward step in customer service!!
As a consequence I did not dine here as I did not feel safe that allergies would be respected.
I hope this is not the case in all branches of Prezzo :(

Visited here on Friday for lunch with my sister. We're both vegan and have been wanting to come for ages. To say we were spoilt for choice would be an understatement. Took us ages to decide what to have. We opted for the Doner Party to share and loaded jerk fries. Absolutely delicious and clearly freshly cooked. Portions were very generous, too. Excellent little shop in Lace Market. I've been here a couple of times and the food and drinks are always fantastic. They also have a very tempting selection of cakes including vegan and gluten-free options lined up next to the window display. Prices are aligned with other independent cafes in the area.

Nothing was to much troubles for staff if you wanted anything to order they made sure it was as asked for... menu choices were incredible and had gluten free and nut free options and vegan too. So anyone with food prefences are most covered and accommodated.
Best time was had by all our party . Staff was attentive checking that we was OK. They even sang happy birthday with us to my daughter...
