I’ve been loving this spot as of late after discovering it upon leaving Newbury one day. I’m gluten intolerant, and so their gluten free option for their sandwiches is such a bonus. Today, they made a mistake with my pickup order (things happen, we are all human), and since I had to get back to work, I was unable to go back in to get a revised sandwich…so they legitimately hand delivered my new sandwich to my workplace free of charge. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is. THANK YOU!

Amazing pizza!! Service was great! So friendly! Fresh ingredients and you can not tell it was vegan!! All menu items were vegetarian, with most all items able to be made vegan and/or gluten free! We will definitely be repeat customers!! Thank you for a wonderful meal!!

The ultimate burger spot! We had been waiting to try BTB for a while and it lived up to the hype! The owner personally walked us through the menu and gave suggestions based on their most popular orders and what he likes as well. We ended up trying two different burgers (buttah burger & old school smash), the dirty dawg, and of course the fries. Not only was everything DELICIOUS, but i was so pleased to find they had gluten free buns as well! Attention to detail here is so impressive - the whole vibe from the outside of the store to the decor inside was a fun twist on the classic burger joint. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and we even were given sauces and their homemade queso to dip with. Everything was eaten the SECOND we got home - no opportunity for pictures! We will be going back for sure to try the other sandwiches. Such a great addition to the Norwood food scene!
