Great coffee shop on Main Street. Good coffee and a nice variety of snacks. The cinnamon twists and muffins are divine. There are always gluten-free options available as well. Seating space can be a challenge during busy hours, but most of the time you can grab a table to work or chat. Friendly service and prices are reasonable.

Several guests in my party ordered vegetarian-specific dishes from the actual vegetarian menu. Shockingly, the vegetarian bento box came with shrimp tempura, pork dumplings, and crab in the sushi rolls. After asking the waitstaff whether there might have been a mistake, they responded that this was a known issue, which has been mentioned by multiple unhappy customers. “It comes with meat,” the waitress said. She added that they have the same problems with their gluten free menu…items are listed on a separate GF menu but are not actually gluten free. Unbelievable. Not sure why the owner/management seems to think this is acceptable. Also, the food was subpar at best. Don’t bother. It’s also insanely expensive for the quality of food. Hard pass.

Delicious ice cream! The vanilla caramel is my favorite thus far. The flight gives us 4 small portions of our choosing which is perfect for my wife, two small kids, and I. Staff is young and friendly and the chalk board is a nice touch for the kids. Glad I don't live within walking distance of here, otherwise, I'd be here everyday.
Also, they clearly label which options are gluten free. Doesn't matter to me, but nice for those looking out for that.

I used to LOVE jersey mikes. I am the admin for the LIvingston county celiac support group and I always posted in the group of hundreds of celiacs how good of a job you guys did and promoted your business. Till recently when a VERY nice employee told me that you are now making the online sub orders on the allergy station. Like what?! Instant cross contamination and instant full stop for anyone with celiac, or a wheat allergy or even gluten sensitivity depending on the severity. We are devastated! My sun was $22. I pay significantly more than a normal person. It boggles my mind that you’d want to lose that business- since btw I know you have a steady influx of GF customers. You used to be the ones to count on. I literally just told my family right before this that I was going to get a safe sun to bring to the airport to travel because I trust Jersey mikes. Heartbroken to say the least. I hope you decide to change this back.

The first time here and my last! My water glass arrived with bright pink lipstick on it, I was not wearing any that night, huge turn-off. There are gluten-free options on the menu, but this facility is NOT Celiac-safe! Regardless of what you might be told, I went here with a group on 12/5 for what I thought would be an enjoyable night out. I ordered the tenderloin beef tips, I had spoken with the Chef before my reservation, and all precautionary measures had been covered- The Chef even went on to tell me how he had years of experience making full menus for Celiac specific restaurants and he was very confident with being aware of cross-contamination. I never should've let my guard down and trusted my health to someone else, I have been paying the price for a week.
