Not gonna lie, I was skeptical when I realized it was vegan. I got a latte with almond milk and a gluten free savory biscuit and it was terrific! I don’t think I’ve ever had anything gluten free that was so moist. Will def come back and try some of their lunch items. Yum!

Nice Matin is extremely accommodating! The staff is very kind and almost all are informed on Celiac/gluten allergy logistics. I took myself to dinner and it was absolutely fabulous—the waiter even walked me through each course of how he could (if possible) adapt the item to make sure it is gluten-free! They also offer a deliciously gluten free bread rather than a traditional roll.

Be vigilant - I ordered a meal that could be made gluten free. the waiter marked the meal as allergy and brought out the plate. The sandwich was gluten free, but the fries on the side were breaded. They came with the sandwich. I ate the fries, then felt suspicious and asked if they were gluten free. Turns out, they are not. I was not vigilant enough.

In my case there was no queue at all when we went but I imagine it can be crowded being so small. They had a gluten-free option but if you are celiac keep in mind that the kitchen is shared with gluten-free cookies and later placed next to them. The flavor was spectacular!

It’s easy to miss this great taco spot - because it’s on a mostly residential side street, just off Broadway. Very tasty and great service. The menu says the tortillas are made with gluten free handmade nixtamal tortillas. This is the best place to get tacos and drinks in the West 90’s.

How divine is this burger! And the best thing is that they have a gluten-free bread option. Good service, especially from the girls who bring the food to your table and then are very attentive to helping you pick it up.

I have a gluten allergy, I was visiting New York and got a Nutella crepe with strawberries and the ham and cheese crepe with buckwheat. It was SOOOOO GOOD. And the service was great, fast and they were super friendly. Trying to get my boyfriend to go back before we leave. Will definitely return!

I sometimes have to eat gluten free because of my wife. Unfortunately the GF crust just wasn’t that good. Not sure there is GF crust in NY that gets even close to the original crust. I didn’t try the regular pizza but it looked great!

Gloria was extremely kind and helpful. I have celiacs and she was super accommodating, checking with the kitchen about what I can eat and making sure things came out on separate plates when they did contain gluten. She made this experience wonderful!

I chose this restaurant because multiple reviews mentioned they had gluten-free options. That turned out to be completely false. When my husband asked about gluten-free choices, the server was not only dismissive but also acted like they had no idea what gluten-free even meant. They made no effort to check or offer alternatives, and the overall attitude felt unwelcoming. On top of that, they were not accommodating at all when I mentioned my dietary restrictions. It was clear they had no interest in helping us find something safe to eat. We were also the only people of color in the restaurant, and the way we were treated compared to other guests did not go unnoticed. If you have any dietary restrictions, I’d highly recommend avoiding this place. The lack of knowledge, the rude service, and the unwillingness to help made this a terrible experience. Definitely not worth the hype.
