They got a spread wider’n the plains—over 40 vegetarian dishes, 30 vegan, 40 gluten-free, and plenty o’ meat fer the carnivores. Somethin’ fer every cowpoke under the sun!
I kicked things off with the hummus—smooth as a desert sunset, fresher’n a spring mornin’, topped with olive oil slicker’n a greased saddle. Then I wrangled me a Beef Kafta Rolled—grilled just right, tucked in a pita with tahini yogurt that’d make a steer kick up its heels! The tabouli? Zesty as a buckin’ bronco, with parsley and lemon ridin’ together like partners on the trail. And them smoothies—tried the Tropical Storm, and I reckon it’s sweeter’n a tumbleweed breeze!
