Gluten free buns are available with a request and most pizza toppings are gluten free! The menu and website does a good job with labeling allergies. Some locations use a shared frier, but I’ve never had issues at this location with fries. Their gluten free pizookie comes with pre packaged ice cream in a separate sealed container to prevent cross contamination!

Amazing bbq but stopped eating here when they added sliced bread to the trays. The person prepping the trays with bread slices uses their hands and grabs other food items risking cross contamination. Bread for sandwiches is prepared on the same cutting board used to cut meats.

Great gourmet wood fired pizza. We had the gluten free pizza dough, a $5 upgrade. We split the "Cane Rosso" option along with the Caprise Salad and one of thier fruity mules.
