I love this cafe! I’m going to miss it once I leave college station. Underrated coffee spot. I love their gluten free options. It’s hard to find a local place that serves fresh gluten free pastries. Churro Thursdays and Cinnamon Rolls are available on the weekends (gluten free options of those same items are available too!!!). It’s so rare to find a place that serves affordable, fresh, and delicious gluten free options. The coffee is great too of course. As someone with a gluten allergy and Italian makes me feel at home.

If you are looking for a good burger, go somewhere else. If looking for Awesome burger eat here! We went around 5pm post game. Met with a smile! Young lady knew menu & what gluten-free meant. Plenty of TVs to watch any sport. Thickest & delicious shakes with 6 varieties, not including alcohol flavors. Gluten-free buns available but we had lettuce wraps. The best brunch spot in College Station! Definitely my favorte, their salmon lox bagel and the shrimp and grits are my favorite dishes. They're on level with first watch, have gluten free options too. Only down side is the juice and mocktails are better and the gluten free options more extensive at First Watch. But this place has the most flavor for every entree! Always a fantastic culinary experience.

I had the best salmon sashimi I've ever had in my life today at Aji Sushi. We decided to try Aji Sushi since we were nearby, and we saw that they had a gluten-free menu. It's a small restaurant that might be easy to miss if you're driving by, but I'm glad we found it online and decided to visit.
Their gluten-free menu had much to offer. There are so many choices! And they have gluten-free soy sauce. Their gluten-free Philadelphia roll was one of the best I've ever had.
My daughter and my boyfriend ordered regular menu items and said they were excellent, too. All the portion sizes were generous. Their prices are great, and they have happy hour from 10 am to 11 pm on weekdays. The three of us (adults) ate until full, and we spent just over $80.
The restaurant was clean, didn't smell like fish, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The music was interesting. We heard a mix of classic rock (not loud) that included Judas Priest, Poison, AC/DC, and Guns N Roses, all music I remember from when I was a teenager. The service was excellent. The bathroom was clean (the ladies' room light was very dim when first turned on, but after a moment, it got much brighter).
We absolutely love Aji Sushi, and we hope we can visit again soon.
Update, visited again a month later: My family wanted to take me out for a birthday lunch, and I chose Aji Sushi. Twelve of us showed up without any warning on a saturday afternoon, and Aji Sushi was able to quickly and comfortably accommodate us. They arranged tables so we could sit together. The service was excellent. The food was wonderful and portions very generous. All twelve of us ate until very full for just over $300 (and several people took home leftovers). Thanks, Aji Sushi, for making it a great day! ♡

Pricy, but worth it. My favorites are the Ahi tartare to start, any of their steaks, and all of the sides. Seriously. There is nothing on the menu that is short of amazing. And the staff is always on point. Very well trained waitstaff! Always a great experience. And I, as well as my best friend, have a gluten intolerance, and we didn't have to worry about any cross-contamination. It was a great treat for both of us!
