I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant in Val d’isere. While many restaurants in the area don’t offer gluten free options Bar Jacques is known for them in particular their gluten free pizzas! The highlight of the night for me was the goat cheese, walnut, and honey pizza, which was simply to die for. What impressed me equally was the staff’s friendliness and accommodation. They were attentive to my dietary needs and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving delicious gluten-free pizzas with impeccable service. Be sure to make reservations!

I have celiac disease, so it's not always easy to find restaurants where you can eat peacefully. The girl was very kind and super helpful in trying to give me a gluten-free and safe proposal, which was absolutely not a given! They brought me a good grilled fish with a salad, adapting the menu to my restrictions. Absolutely recommended.

Very warm welcome, smile. Comfortable and clean room. We took half board and we ate very well. The breakfast buffet is very good with dried fruits that I like and things for "gluten-free" people. We will come back to hike again.

Lovely restaurant with a great owner. We have been here 6 times. Great food. Lovely setting. Love the sofas that are new. We have visited here about 10 times now. Amazing food. I genuinely don't think you can find better in Lyon. The chef is incredible. The staff are great and the sommelier are lovely. Always happy to give my wine choice over to them. Our 2nd time vising with a person who has coeliac disease and they have being so accommodating I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're french or a tourist in the are and haven't tried here you are missing out.

Gluten free options come with potato rösti instead of bun and they are delicious!! The fries are super crispy too. Order and pay upstairs and go back to collect your food once your buzzer goes off. Not quite sure about negotiating the stairs with ski boots and food/drinks, but during the summer it was amazing. Lovely sheep skin throws to sit on outside in the sun on a lovely day - perfect!!

Thanks to Shawn for his smiling service, his concern and his efficiency. Food wise, great. Very refreshing Garden Party cocktail. And the Wonder Beef Cavalo is a wonderful idea! Full of protein, without the bread (so no gluten), and with the deliciousness of a good cheese, and a potato pancake that is both crispy and tender. Yum! All the little games and goodies make the time fun for the children...even if it wasn't necessary, since the children's menu is served very quickly. (The only flaw: the coleslow probably had more sauce than vegetables...my palate was saturated with fat) Thank you for this party. Looking forward to coming back.
