The food was great, but I made a reservation in advance for 7 people and it turns out that 3 of us had to eat at a single table and it was quite overwhelming, they could also have another dessert for celiacs, otherwise everything was very good.

Most dishes are GLUTEN FREE and other dishes adapt them. We said we were CELIAC and they treated us great. IMPORTANT: GLUTEN FREE potatoes and desserts. Everything very good. We will repeat.

The main reason we go to Hamburguesa Nostra is because they have gluten-free burgers. Well, although it may seem incredible, they didn't have gluten sik bread! So our son had to eat his burger without a bun. That doesn't happen with normal bread, right? Why then are celiacs second-class citizens? In addition, the service was quite bad, they made a mistake in the companions, in the bill, they forgot the water that we ordered... In short, it was not the best dinner nor was it at the level that was expected

The place is amazing. They have lots of vegetarian options as well as gluten free options. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable in case of allergies. We went there for dinner. They have really good bar menu as well. Must go when in Madrid.

PROS and CONS, from my point of view as I am celiac: + Spacious place with space between the tables, modern decoration and open kitchen. + There are always free tables, no reservation is necessary. + Hamburgers can be GLUTEN FREE. But you must notify the waiter in case it is necessary to eliminate any ingredient that contains gluten from the burger you want to order. + Great variety of GLUTEN FREE rooms. - There are no gluten-free desserts - They do not assure you that there is no cross contamination. But I have eaten at several places and have never had any problems :)
