Had a fantastic experience at Ed’s Diner Cardiff this evening! Service was quick with piping hot and delicious food. The team were fantastic in regards to catering for a coeliac customer ordering from the gluten free menu. Nothing was ever too much trouble! A special thanks to Neil for going the extra mile!! Loved everything about this Greek restaurant. The staff are accomodating, knowledgeable and friendly. The food is excellent and portions generous. The coffee is great too. We'll go back next time we're in Llandudno. (Good coeliac awareness too)

Came for afternoon tea for my friends baby shower. The afternoon tea was amazing, lovely selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones. 5* for the service and staff, great service after them not being aware of my intolerances and me ringing 1 hour before arriving to inform them. The gluten free afternoon tea was a great selection of sandwiches and cakes. Definitely recommend!⭐️

My fav place to go for a quiet drink or coffee. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Nice variety of drinks on the menu from softs, coffees and cocktails. The atmosphere is warm and cosy inside. Has a lovely outside seating area for those warmer days. It's dog friendly too which is a bonus. Only reason I marked food down by 1 star is there are limited gluten free options. What I have eaten there though was lovely. Definitely recommend.

We visit quite often as always found the food to be nice and good value. Having allergies I'm quite picky on where I trust for gluten free but I've never had an issue here and always felt satisfied that my meal had been prepared safely

Had a lovely meal with the wife. Food was delicious plenty of choice on the menu and gluten free choice as well. The waitresses were very attentive and polite. A good place to go if your ever in Llandudno.

Gluten and dairy free fluffy American style pancakes and Waffles available They are very clued on cross contact as I initially ordered Waffles but the waffle press had been used that morning for gluten waffles so they checked if I wanted to have pancakes instead. If you're travelling especially I'd just give them a quick call to check if you're coeliac

Been here quite a few times. Service and the staff are always excellent. Polite, friendly, helpful and smart. The food is always great and they cater well for gluten free. The time from ordering to being served is quick. The restaurant is very clean, tidy and the decor is also very good. Would recommend to anybody

This would have been a 5 star review , however, the manager on duty Justine was rude ,unprofessional and obnoxious. The girl taking my food order Christina was amazing, she took the time to go through the menu as I have coeliac disease. During this the manager interrupted several times and totally ignored the fact that as a paying Customer she should have had the courtesy to address me as she so rudely interrupted! Later she addressed our party and asked how long we were going to be and could we leave or go to the bar area, however, there wasn't room for us all so some would have to leave! Not what you want to hear when celebrating! We all left by 9 so you lost a lot of money from bar sales! I would suggest that this manager is retrained in social etiquette, staff managment and customer service! I would expect a reply from this review.

Gluten free meal was served with garlic bread. One meal was totally messed up. We asked for no garnish as had an onion allergy, they brought the same meal back twice. No apology, no offer of refund. Awful service.poor quality food. They could have made two of us in the party really unwell. And didn't give a shxt. I would not recommend this place.
