I am celiac, dairy-free, and soy free. This was the first restaurant I felt comfortable eating in since the waiter and kitchen staff took all my dietary restrictions seriously and recommended certain foods that would abide to all of them. It is not easy to find an accommodating restaurant. I highly recommend this place for those who are very sensitive to strict dietary restrictions!! The food was prepared by a chef and the taste was phenomenal!!!
A cozy spot with a chill vibe, known for thoughtful service and delicious options tailored for various dietary needs—definitely worth a visit!

We absolutely love this restaurant especially since they have gluten free and take care to make sure their food is safe. Every-time we have gone we have had great service. They also offer vegan cheese if you have a preference or an allergy to dairy.
Experience a cozy beach vibe with unique twists on classic dishes in a welcoming spot that feels like home and impresses with exceptional service.

The sweetest people work here! We had a great morning with excellent service. The gluten free accommodations are outstanding. I highly recommend the lobster Benedict, French toast, and the lobster deviled eggs.

Our waitress Holly was awesome! It's so rare these days to witness restaurant staff that's truly happy to be at work, it was refreshing! Also, we are Gluten Free and they offer GF bread if needed and had a decent amount of GF options. All the food was tasty. The flavored latte's had a little bit of a chemical taste.
Hidden in a strip mall, this spot serves up large portions quickly, making it a must-try for those seeking a hearty meal.

I appreciated their gluten free options (separate menu), though really wanted some GF pancakes or waffles, which they did not have, but did have a delicious breakfast bowl. The wait area for seating is tight and in the way of people entering/leaving.
A must-visit spot for amazing dining experiences with prompt service and standout specials that leave patrons raving.

Restaurant and food were fantastic. Especially when you’re celiac. We dined in, service was prompt and suggested gluten free items. Suggest you try the prime rib special!
A lively spot with veggie-forward options and sugar-free drinks, perfect for families, though it can get a bit noisy for work time.

I like that they have a gluten free bread available to replace other types of bread. Their kids menu is good too at around $10.00
We probably ordered the worst two items in the menu since they didn’t look like anything from the pictures we saw. My wife and I ordered two different things yet they looked exactly the same. The service is fast.
The place needs some TLC as the walls are dirty which is not what you want to see on a restaurant. However, what makes this restaurant a regrettable experience was that they charge a 4% fee for paying with a card. They have a very small sign in front of the cashier that warns you about the fee they decide to charge to all their customers who do not have cash at the moment. Also, it you want their gluten free substitute you have to pay $.99 per plate.

A beautiful old historic house that has been a family owned restaurant (same family) Since 1980. The food was fabulous, all four different meals, the desserts were wonderful, and the appetizers were delicious.
In addition, I have celiac and an allergy and nuts to my surprise two of the chefs also have celiac and so there was no issue whatsoever! I would say one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in in Saint Augustine.
Old mom and pop. So many great choices and they have gluten free bread options. Loved the outdoor seating as it is protected from the weather and they welcome pets out there.
I have celiac disease and their menu does not have gluten-free markings on it. I asked the waiter how to navigate the menu. I was rudely told that it's not his job to look it up online . We then ordered our food and the portions were embarrassing. They were so small, the cheese stick had no cheese inside of it.And the service was just nasty and rude. If you have celiacs, I do not recommend eating there. As they do not help you navigate your disease and the attitude of the server was completely unacceptable. They have lost our business .

This is an excellent restaurant if you love Italian food!! I am gluten free and they were able to accommodate very well with fettuccine noodles! My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan and he said it was delicious! We would absolutely be back the next time we are down here!!
Charming vibe and helpful staff make this spot a must-visit, plus the unique biscuit creations are a standout highlight.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was really cute with a good vibe. The staff were helpful and personable. A server named Gabbie helped us and had a great chat and walked us through everything even tho she was clearly busy. The food was amazing and I loved the five and dime. It’s a must try! The only thing I can critique is there is not many gluten free options.
EXCELLENT food and service. I loved the burger, the toppings were delicious, the fries had garlic in them which was a great addition. My wife had fish and grits, which were made dairy free and gluten free. We got drinks in Duo, which was nice to see the two businesses working together.
This restaurant offers gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options, which are all clearly marked on their menus.
The Fried Green Tomatoes were a delicious appetizer; I could eat them all day! The Bloody Mary is a lovely hand-crafted cocktail. I wish I could try everything on the menu, because I'm sure it would all be fantastic!
Food and flavors usually great! Gluten free menu is a big bonus and there are quite a few options. Attention to care is not always 100 percent. During 2 visits a week apart, the Ladies bathroom had the same toilet of their 3 stalls out of order. Hooks on back of door for handbags are broken. Minor inconveniences, and also the Ladies room always has a very bad smell. Service can be great or miserable. Just depends.
Charming and cozy, this hidden gem near the beach impresses with a lovely atmosphere and fresh, delightful flavors that keep people raving.

Best food we’ve had in St. Augustine! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was so lovely. Quaint, charming, hole in the wall!! We had the wedge salad and a pizza on their gluten free crust and it was the best crust I’ve had (I usually order regular crusts from restaurants). Absolutely recommend!
A standout spot with thoughtful menus, impressive presentation, and a vibe that makes every visit feel special and memorable.

First time at River and Fort, we had the best experience. Matt was so knowledgeable and polite, he made everything better than it already was. The food was delicious! Every bite was fresh, well seasoned, and so balanced! We are absolutely impressed. My mom is allergic to gluten and they accommodated with no problem at all. Mara also helped us and she was delightful! The menus are impressive and well thought out. You can tell the chef and owner took their time in making this place the star that it is. Next time we’re in St. Augustine, this place is absolutely on the list!
